• For URGENT medical problems that cannot be addressed during office hours
• Every evening 5pm-8pm Monday through Friday

Making use of the above services improves continuity of care which in-turn improves the quality of your care. The above telehealth and FHO After Hours Clinic nurses and physicians communicate back to us the nature of their concerns so we can better follow up these issues. 

An Important Note: Physicians in our FHO have a collective goal of providing improved service to our enrolled patients for access and preventative medicine through our after-hours health care. For this reason, we ask that you contact our office first instead of seeking help outside of this group or at a walk-in-clinic.
